Church Positions
and Volunteer Opportunities
*SECRETARY TEAM SEARCH*
*RECORD-KEEPING POSITION* This volunteer position is the lead secretary of
the team and this person is on the church council. This position includes but
is not limited to monitoring the mail / secretary email, having regular
meetings with the pastor, recording minutes for council and member
meetings, data input as needed. The time requirement can vary from 2-7
hours each week.
*UPDATING POSITION* This volunteer position includes but is not limited to
updating electronic copies of ABC information / leadership to keep our fliers /
ministry information current and updating the church calendar / sending out
the weekly announcements. The only item that requires attention regularly is
updating the weekly announcements across all platforms. The rest of the
items are on an as needed basis. The time requirement for this position
can vary from 1 – 5 hours each week.

*AWANA VOLUNTEERS - AWANA is a children's program that meets Sunday
evenings to teach kids about trusting Christ for salvation and growing in
enduring faith and service to God. Each week parents, volunteers, and
mentors lead and guide children in the study of God's work through stories,
games, and scripture memory. A growing number of new Clubbers means
more hands are needed. Please consider joining as a co-teacher or as
someone to help monitor students! Please reach out to Krystal Cavallo if you
are willing to volunteer. Even if you're only available for occasionally covering
volunteers in case of illness or travel, please reach out for more information.

*KINGDOM KIDS VOLUNTEERS* - Sunday mornings are a special time when
we teach kids about God and the bible in a fun, energetic way that helps
make faith come alive in their hearts. This includes the nursery, pre-k, and K-
2nd. If you feel called to volunteer for this important ministry please

WORSHIP TEAM AUDITIONS AND A/V TEAM VOLUNTEERS! - We’re looking
for bass players, guitar players, and drummers, but all instruments and voices
are welcome to audition. Priority will be given to these roles. Let’s use our
gifts to glorify God together!
Is technology your thing? Why not use those skills in the AV Booth! The AV
Team runs the booth located in the back of the sanctuary during
Sunday services. Team members are responsible for helping with sound and
slides on the projectors. Contact us at [email protected]
*CLEANING CREW AND WELCOMING COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS: If you feel
called to serve, but you want to start small, start by helping greet people
before service. You’ll simply provide guests a warm welcome, answer
wuestions they have, show them around our church, and offer them tea or
coffee while they wait for service to begin.
For cleaning, it’s just as simple. We gather once or twice a week, usually
around 17:00/17:30, on Thursdays. We disinfect, sweep, mop and vacuum,
and put out the recycling/trash bins. If serving in this way sounds good to
